PURCHASE CONDITIONS

These General Conditions of Purchase regulate the use of the website prettylala.es (hereinafter "the website") of Pretty Lala S.L. Pretty Lala SL is a limited company with registered office at Calle Villanueva 36, 28001 Madrid, Spain, with CIF no. B-88091285 and registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid, M- 67.1377, volume 37682, Folio 201 Sec. 8th, entry 1, year 2018. The client's use of Pretty Lala's online store services presupposes, in any case, adherence to the General Conditions of Purchase in the version published by Pretty Lala at the time of the purchase order. Therefore, it is advisable for the client to read these General Conditions before making a purchase.
 

1. SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT

These General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all Pretty Lala items through its website, to consumers to whom orders can be delivered in Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Pretty Lala reserves the right to cancel a user's access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.
 

2. PRICE

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. Prices are detailed for each item and include VAT (Value Added Tax). The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the client separately at the time of placing the order.

 

3. PAYMENT

Payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for its formalization. Under no circumstances can payment be made later. Payment by deferred procedures such as cash on delivery or in-store payment at the time of order collection is not accepted. Accepted payment methods: Purchases can be paid. In any case, the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen. The client must notify Pretty Lala of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that Pretty Lala can take appropriate action. Payment providers or issuers may adopt anti-fraud measures that lead to the rejection of certain types of operations. Pretty Lala is not responsible for the application of this type of security policies.
 

4. SHIPPING

Shipments will be made by Correos Express and DHL.

The maximum delivery time to the indicated address will be 3 to 5 working days (understood as Monday to Friday during business hours) for national shipments. Deliveries are not made on weekends, holidays, or in August. If delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will make a second attempt. If unsuccessful, a notice will be left.
 

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.

If there are incidents regarding their supply or if there are no products in stock, the client will be informed immediately and the amount of the out-of-stock product or products will be refunded. Pretty Lala will refund the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days. The refund will be made by the same payment method used for the purchase. The stock availability data in physical stores displayed on our website are indicative and may vary.

Pretty Lala S.L.'s Customer Service will attend to and respond to your claim as soon as possible, and in any case
within a maximum period of one month.
 

7. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE.

Pretty Lala reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Purchase at any time. No modification will affect orders that are already in progress.
 

8. FORCE MAJEURE.

Pretty Lala's compliance with all or part of its obligations will be suspended if a fortuitous event or force majeure occurs that prevents or delays compliance. Such events will be considered, in particular, without this list being exhaustive: war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind and supply problems not attributable to Pretty Lala. Pretty Lala will inform the client of such a fortuitous event or force majeure within seven days of its occurrence. In the event that said suspension extends beyond a period of fifteen days, the client will then have the possibility of terminating the current order and a refund will then be made under the conditions provided in point 6 of these General Conditions of Purchase.
 

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the client's domicile.
 

10. RETURN POLICY

Pretty Lala does not accept returns of earrings or party accessories.
 
Pretty Lala accepts FREE returns on the rest of its accessories and costume jewelry items. In this case, the return period will be 14 working days, by notifying us at our contact phone number (638082436 or 910743370) or via email (contato@prettylala.es) to proceed with the creation of the return label. The customer will have to print the label and take the item to the nearest post office. The return is free.
 
Pretty Lala does not refund the amount. Once we receive the order and verify that it is complete and in its original condition, we will immediately issue a voucher for the amount of the returned items.
 
Items must be returned in their original, unused, untampered with, or undamaged condition with their complete original packaging.
 
Pretty Lala does not accept returns on lighting objects and articles, although being antique articles they may have some small defect. In such a case, the return period will be 14 working days, by notifying us at our contact phone number (638082436 or 910743370) or via email (contato@prettylala.es) to proceed with the collection at the customer's expense.
 
Items must be returned in their original condition and with their complete original packaging.
 
Once we receive the order and verify that it is complete, we will immediately issue a voucher for the amount of the returned items. Return transport costs in case of damaged material will be borne by Pretty Lala.
