Once your order has been placed, the delivery times are as follows:

FOR ORDERS UNDER €60

  • Standard Shipping €5.95 – Delivery in 3 – 5 days
  • Express Shipping €9.95 – Delivery in 24/48h

Balearic Islands

  • Standard Shipping €7.00 – Delivery in 3 – 5 days

Ceuta and Melilla

  • Standard Shipping €7.00 – Delivery in 3 – 5 days

Returns are not accepted for earrings or party accessories. For all other accessories and costume jewelry items, returns are free of charge. In this case, the return period will be 14 working days, notifying us via our contact phone numbers (638082436 or 910743370) or by email (contato@prettylala.es) to proceed with the creation of the return label. The customer must print the label and take the item to the nearest post office. Pretty Lala does not refund the amount. Once we receive the order and verify that it is complete and in its original condition, we will immediately issue a voucher for the value of the returned items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the description on the site, please contact us immediately. We will arrange the return and process the refund for the defective item. Return shipping costs for damaged material will be borne by pretty lala.
