RETURN POLICY

Pretty lala does not accept returns on earrings or party accessories.

Pretty lala accepts FREE returns on all other accessories and costume jewelry. In this case, the return period will be 14 working days, by notifying us at our contact phone number (638082436 or 910743370) or via email (contato@prettylala.es) to proceed with the creation of the return label. The customer will have to print the label and take the item to the nearest post office. The return is free.

Pretty lala does not refund the amount. Once we receive the order and verify that it is complete and in its original condition, we will immediately issue a voucher for the amount of the returned items.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with their complete original packaging. Pretty lala does not accept returns on lighting objects and items, although being antique items they may have some minor damage. In this case, the return period will be 14 working days, by notifying us at our contact phone number (638082436 or 910743370) or via email (contato@prettylala.es) to proceed with collection at the customer's expense.

Once we receive the order and verify that it is complete, we will immediately issue a voucher for the amount of the returned items.

Return shipping costs for damaged material will be borne by pretty lala.
